Pricing

ACT 2 Health publishes every price. Individual treatments run from $75 to $999, with most medications billed monthly and lab panels charged once. GLP-1 medications are $299–$399 per month, hormone therapy is $149–$399 per month depending on the program and whether you are a new patient, and the comprehensive lab panel is $199. Multi-month packages cost more up front and less per month. There is no membership fee and no charge to find out whether you are eligible.

Prices below are what you pay us. They are confirmed at your eligibility review, because what is appropriate for you is a clinical decision — but the numbers do not change based on who is asking. Availability is nationwide; see states we serve.

About compounded medications

Compounded medication. Prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy under a prescription written for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness, and are not equivalent to or interchangeable with any branded product. Prescribed only when a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate.

Common questions about cost

Is there a membership or consultation fee?
No. There is no membership fee to browse or to be assessed, and the eligibility check costs nothing. You pay for a treatment only if a clinician determines it is appropriate and you decide to go ahead.
How much does semaglutide cost per month?
$299 per month for the injection or the oral capsule. Three- and six-month packages bring the monthly equivalent down — $799 for three months and $1,549 for six.
How much does tirzepatide cost per month?
$399 per month for the injection or the oral capsule, with $1,125 for three months and $2,199 for six.
How much does TRT cost per month?
$249 for your first month and $149 per month after that. The first month is higher because it covers the new-patient evaluation.
Why do the women's hormone preparations show no price?
Because they are not sold separately. Estradiol, progesterone and the vaginal preparations are all part of one hormone therapy visit, and your clinician chooses which preparation fits you. You pay for the program, not per medication.
Does insurance cover any of this?
Generally not for compounded medications or proactive lab panels. Some individual lab markers may be covered when ordered for a diagnostic reason. If your insurance already covers a branded GLP-1, the Weight Loss Program Membership at $75 per month is usually the better structure — you get the medication through your own pharmacy benefit and pay us only for the clinical care.
Are these prices ongoing or one-time?
It varies by treatment and each row below says which. Medications are generally monthly; lab panels and screenings are one-time charges.
Do prices include the lab work?
No. Lab panels are priced separately and listed in the first table. Most plans begin with the comprehensive panel at $199.

The price is only half the question.

Whether a treatment is right for you is the other half, and that part is free to find out. We measure first. Then we act.

All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary.
