Repair & Recovery Stack

Three recovery peptides in one protocol, with each component's evidence described separately.

  • Explored for soft-tissue recovery support
  • KPV explored for an inflammatory component the other two are not studied for
  • Used alongside a recovery plan rather than in place of one

Explored, not established. Each component is judged on its own limited evidence; combining them does not combine their evidence.

What it is

What is in the Repair & Recovery Stack

The Repair & Recovery Stack combines BPC-157, KPV and TB-500. KPV is a short fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone studied for an anti-inflammatory effect, mostly in preclinical models of gut inflammation; the other two are studied for tissue repair. All three are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy under a prescription written for you, and none is FDA-approved.

Our model

How it works here

Every plan follows one path. Each step feeds the next. See the Peptide Therapy approach.

  1. 01

    Measure

We baseline your labs, history, and goals.

  2. 02

    Plan

A clinician decides whether this fits — and what else might serve you.

  3. 03

    Act

If appropriate, you start with clear guidance and high-touch support.

  4. 04

    Track

We monitor how you respond on a defined cadence.

  5. 05

    Adjust

Protocols are refined over time. Guided care, not a kit in the mail.

How it's delivered

Delivery

A compounded preparation, dispensed by a licensed pharmacy on an individual prescription. How it is taken is set by the prescribing clinician after a review.

Who it's for

Is it right for you?

Adults over 45 whose recovery problem has an inflammatory element as well as a structural one, who have had it properly worked up, and who want each component explained separately. See peptide therapy.

Low noise. High signal.

An honest word on the evidence

A three-peptide protocol is not three times the evidence, and it is worth saying so before anything else. Each component carries its own thin, largely preclinical literature, and no published trial has tested the three together. What the combination offers is a wider mechanistic rationale, and that is a reason to consider it, not a reason to expect a result. These peptides sit in an unsettled regulatory position. In April 2026 the FDA removed twelve peptide substances from Category 2 of its interim 503A bulk substances list, this one among them — a step that followed the nominators withdrawing their nominations rather than any safety finding, and one that does not by itself authorize compounding. In July 2026 the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted on whether seven of them should be added to the 503A Bulks List. That vote is a recommendation, not a decision: formal addition requires notice-and-comment rulemaking, which has not completed. Nothing here is FDA-approved for any use.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • An inflammatory angle the other two are not primarily studied for. What KPV adds covers where that evidence comes from and how far it goes.

  • The Wolverine Stack is BPC-157 and TB-500. This adds KPV.

  • No. All three are compounded preparations and none is approved for any use.

  • Not in a published trial. The rationale is mechanistic and should be understood as such.
