What it is

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) restores testosterone toward an optimal range for eligible men whose labs and symptoms support it. It is a program rather than a single product: your clinician selects the delivery route, reviews your bloodwork, and adjusts over time. Oral testosterone (Kyzatrex) and enclomiphene are among the options considered.

What it may help support

  • Energy and mental sharpness
  • Strength and body composition alongside training
  • Libido and sexual wellness
How it's delivered

Delivery

A clinician-led program; delivery route and cadence are chosen with your clinician and reviewed against follow-up labs.

Who it's for

Is it right for you?

Low noise. High signal.

An honest word on the evidence

TRT is a well-established treatment for men with clinically low testosterone, and it requires ongoing monitoring of bloodwork. It is not appropriate for everyone, including men planning near-term fertility. Results vary.

Our model

How it works here

Every plan follows one path. Each step feeds the next. See the Men's Testosterone Therapy approach.

  1. 01

    Measure

We baseline your labs, history, and goals.

  2. 02

    Plan

A clinician decides whether this fits — and what else might serve you.

  3. 03

    Act

If appropriate, you start with clear guidance and high-touch support.

  4. 04

    Track

We monitor how you respond on a defined cadence.

  5. 05

    Adjust

Protocols are refined over time. Guided care, not a kit in the mail.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

  • Through bloodwork and a symptom review. Lab values alone don't decide it — your clinician reads them alongside how you actually feel.

  • Your first visit covers the fuller workup and plan build. Refills cover ongoing medication and monitoring once you're established.

  • It can suppress sperm production. If fertility matters to you now, tell your clinician — enclomiphene may be considered instead.
